We hire out weekly a cottage for a maximum of 5 people.

It is situated in a natural area, surrounded by fields and forest
The cottage is typically Swedish, painted red with white surrounds.
The area is known for its wildlife and there are horses, sheep, hens, Zingo the cat and Zigge the small dog as well.

It is close to a forest lake with a large jetty, rowing boat, raft and canoes.

Two popular places to visit are Kolmården's zoo and the Rejmyre glassworks.

Rental

3150 to 3600 Swedish Kronor per week

(=from 4pm on day of arrival to midday on day of departure)

The house Lilla Kosjöhult

Two storeys, built at the beginning of 1900 and constantly renovated.
Ground floor is about 60 square metres.
The ground floor area and the upper floor bedroom are insulated.
A country-style fireplace on each level.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for 5-6 people.
Hot-water system, refrigerator/freezer, pantry, hot plates,
oven, microwave, coffee machine, radio, childchair

Living room

Convertible sofa, writing table, sofa, armchairs, telly

Bedroom

Two beds in the bedroom.
3 beds in the sleeping alcove as well as a cot

Bathroom/Toilet

An "environmentally friendly" toilet and a hot water shower are in the outhouse.

In addition

It is a "smoking-free" house, but not free of possible animal hair.
Dogs are allowed, but they must not be allowed to run without a leash.

The site

In a natural setting, about 3000 square meters.
The grass lawn nearest the house is mown.
Remotely situated

Swimming

You see the lake "Stora Kosjön" 250 metres away through the trees.
There is a large jetty with table, chairs and sunlounges, raft, rowing-boat and canoes.
A sandy beach at lake Fläten, (4,5 km from here)
A swimming place with jetties in Simonstorp (7 km)

Fishing

A fishing licence for Simonstorp's 9 lakes cost 100 kr per week.
Pike-perch can be caught in 3 of the lakes.
Putandtake-water with rainbow trout costs 100 kr per day.

Barbeque

Portable grill
Open fire if weather conditions allow.
